Why flat, not per user
Others charge per user. Your summer lad shouldn't cost a second subscription. When the crew grows, you add a phone, not a fee - JobDiary costs the same with one of you in it or six.
The trial, straight
30 days free and no card taken, so there is nothing to forget to cancel. Thirty days is deliberate: a fortnightly round comes back around twice in that window, so you watch the diary rebuild itself before you pay a cent. Setting up is yours - add your customers, set the cycles, done. Rather hand it over? Done-for-you setup is €99 once: send a photo of your paper diary and your round arrives loaded. Leave any time and your data exports free.
Pricing questions, answered straight.
Is it really €29 for the whole crew?
Yes. One price per business. Add the lads, the summer help and yourself - the price is the same. There is no per-user maths and there never will be.
Are there contracts or a minimum term?
No. It is month to month. Stop whenever you like, export your data free, and that is the end of it.
What happens when the 30 days are up?
If you carry on, the subscription starts at €29 a month. If you do not, nothing happens - we never took a card, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to chase. Your data exports free either way.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Card payments run through your own Stripe account and land in your own bank. Stripe charge their standard card fee, as they would anywhere; JobDiary adds nothing on top and never holds your money.
